Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SSA TAX, we are proud of the services we deliver and confident you’ll be satisfied with our support. Our team is always striving to enhance the quality of our online secretarial, financial, and accounting services.

Not Happy with Services? Tell us!

If you’re not satisfied with our service, simply raise a support ticket via our website or email us. Senior Management reviews all refund requests and responds within 24–48 hours.

Our Refund Policy

  • ✔ Fees paid in advance are allocated to client accounts and released as milestones are achieved.
  • ✔ Refunds cannot be issued for earned fees, government charges, filing fees, or third-party expenses.
  • ✔ SSA TAX is not liable for external charges related to government or third-party bodies.

Process for Requesting Refund

Refund requests must be submitted via email or helpline within 60 days of purchase. Requests beyond 60 days are ineligible for refunds (credit may be considered).

Once all required details (reason, bank info, etc.) are received, processing takes 4–5 weeks.

Change & Modification in Service

Within 60 days of purchase, you may request a service change. The original purchase amount (minus earned fees and third-party charges) will be credited to your SSA TAX account and can be used towards other services.

Pricing

  • ✔ No hidden or additional charges under SSA TAX’s regular pricing policy.
  • ✔ Extra costs may apply only for government fee hikes, legal re-submissions, or rejected filings.
  • ✔ SSA TAX is not responsible for additional client-incurred expenses during service execution.

Service Cancellation Charges

A cancellation fee of 25% + earned fees + government charges applies to refund requests. However, if you opt for a service change, cancellation charges are waived.

Note: SSA TAX reserves the right to complete the service before processing refunds. Our goal is always to resolve your concerns and deliver value first.
